In our daily routines we all get stressed many times. There is no specific reason to get stressed. But if it is too long than it can affect the person’s life in many ways. Like it makes the person week physically, emotionally and mentally. There are some ways to get out of stress. · First thing is hanging out . Talk to your friend’s family members and the people who you think can understand you and help you to relieve stress. · The second most important thing is to do some exercise .
